Body Smart is a weight loss and fitness program administered by Julie Knighton, P.T. and her associates. The weight loss program is based on your metabolic rate. The program is customized for the individual client. Each client is placed on a diet and exercise program tailored for individual goals. The amount of food recommended dependends on your individual metabolism. The exercies lengths and intensities are individualized and are based upon your level of conditioning and weight loss goals. You will know how many calories you can eat without gaining weight and exactly how many minutes you need to exercise plus how to maximize your burn of calories from every exercise session.
Julie has studied and practiced conditioning her whole career. Julie was chosen to intern at the National Center for Aerobics Research in Dallas, Texas. She studied in the clinic of the worlds formost aerobic specialist, Dr. Kenneth Cooper. Julie conducted hundreds of fitness tests, including season ending fitness evalations for the Dallas Mavericks. She has successfully managed weight loss and conditioning for hundreds of clients in Utah. She is an authority in physical therapy, fitness, weight loss, and golf exercies programs. |
